  • Drive To Wake Med Apex at 0837-850

    Woke up around 815-830 moderate pain, noticed mottling in R upper foot near ankle-To Wake Med Apex at 0837-850-See google timestamp

  • Driving Wake Med Apex to Cary 1010-1022

    Josh drove me to Wake Med Cary because of the delay related to transport-See Google Timestamp

  • To OR around 1400-1415

    Need exact time from chart-Josh google timestamp left Wake Med Cary @ 1424, also called parents @ 1337

  • At Wake Med Apex 0850-1010

    At Wake Med Apex for over an hour. Seen by MD in triage, pulseless foot. Taken to room, had bloodwork drawn and told to wait to have a CT done. Then was told CT was "broken" and I needed to transfer to Wake Med Cary. Was told transport "would take to long" and it would be faster to go POV. Nurse had me sign transport refusal (delay induced) and wanted me to wait for her to call report. Left instead @ 1010.

    Arrived at taken to hallway bed. Evaluated by ortho. Put in que for CT scan. Foot purple by this point. Insert photo

  • Pressure Test 1230

    Pressure Test Confirming compartment syndrome by PA @ 1230

  • Pulse Returned-see PAs note

    ORIF loosened, posterior tibialis pulse returned. ORIF had to be revised. Documented by PA

  • CT scan results @ 1138 to Apex MD

    CT scan read and posted. Results called to Apex MD @ 1138. See CT report for exact time
