The US officially joins World War 2, fighting on two two fronts and three theatres: European Theatre, African Theatre, and Pacific Theatre. The Pacific Theatre brings soldiers and military infrastructures to the West Coast, California, and San Francisco Bay Area. -
As soldiers come home from the Pacific Theatre, many soldiers decide to settle down in the Bay Area and specifically San Francisco. -
