British soldiers shot into an angry crowd, who were insulting and throwing things at them. The British soldiers killed 5 people, wounded 6 others, and caused an outrage across the country.

A group of people called the "Sons of Liberty" raided a boat with a bunch of tea leaves. Through this act they attempted to oppose the tea act, which removed import taxes on tea shipments.

It was the treaty that ended a war. The treaty gave the U.S. a large amount of territory.

Some people wanted to count slave votes, but others didn't. The people in power couldn't do both so they did neither, instead they found a middle ground. By counting every 5 slave votes as 3 normal votes, they could do both while doing neither, and appeal to more people. This was the day that the 3/5 compromise got put into action.
