    This is an online course that is made to be extremely easy to access by a large number of students from whatever backgrounds they come from financially.
  • Smartphones

    Smart phones have been a great invention for the society that we live in today as they have allowed the world to become a lot smaller than it was before. iPhones being accessible by students has allowed teachers to be interactive with students in ways that teachers were not able to before, even though they present a new wave of challenges as well.

    Smart boards were introduced to the education spaces in 2010 and changed the way lessons were taught for the students forever. This allowed teachers to create lesson plans that were way more interactive while being able to still teach the students in ways that allowed them to act on their creative thinking skills while learning necessary material.

    Apps that were aimed to help bridge the gap between students and teachers started to roll out. Class Dojo helped over 9 million teachers and students in over 30 countries within the first year it was released as it allowed flexible ways of learning to students from all different walks of life.

    Artificial Intelligence started to become more of a reality for the world rather than science fiction. The growth of Ai in the common world that we live in has changed the way that we are able to interact with each other as well as the technology that is at our disposal in every which way. The rapid growth of artificial intelligence has allowed the world to appreciate the state that technology is in today.

    Students having more access to smartphones would change the classrooms forever. A large spike in usage of smartphones by students younger than 18 would force teachers to change the way they manage their classrooms and change how students would learn and study forever.

    Google Classroom was a game changer for students and teachers everywhere in the education world because it allowed students and teachers to communicate, organize and execute multiple units throughout the school year completely digitally.

    An augmented reality platform that turned regularly printed books into interactive e books that would help students comprehend books more effectively and efficiently than they ever have before.
  • Predictive Learning Analytics

    Predictive Learning Analytics
    Data was starting to become easier to access for these teachers and these schools. The development of these PLAs allowed teachers to see what people were struggling. This technology could help people get more help earlier before its too late and lower the amount of students who end up failing certain courses.

    The global pandemic faced the educational system with a great deal of challenges when it burst onto the scene in 2020. It caused a worldwide shut down and removed almost all in person contact between people throughout the world. This caused education to move online completely which would change schooling forever.

    With the global pandemic spreading much larger than expected, in person learning would change forever. Schools were prohibited from meeting in person but had to still move forward with school and online learning was made the norm. This would change elementary school learning all the way through collegiate learning and allow online courses for everyone to achieve their academic goals.
