Sandy returns back to work. Grandma helps take care of Spongebob while Sandy is working. This helps Sandy so she does not have to pay for day care. Grandma is a big part of Spongebob's life.

Sandy, with the help of her mother are the main caregivers of Spongebob. Sandy does not keep in contact with the father of Spongebob.

Spongebob's left-sided weakness is a result from prematurity, group B strep meningitis, seizure disorder, grade 2 astrocytoma, and status post neuro surgery.

Sandy begins to see develomental delays, Spongebob is nonverbal, and need for hearing and sight aids.

Spongebob had a tumor resection that was causing his hydrocephaly. He also received a craniotomy for subdural placement electrode array with endoscopic depths. This event is part of the cause as to why Spongebob has left sided weakness.

Spongebob has shunt ventricular peritoneal rev surgery.

Spongebob's grandma is very involved in his life and very supportive of Sandy especially since Spongebob's father is not in the picture.

Spongebob receives botox injections to upper limb and bilateral lower limbs.

Spongebob attends Robert's Elementary. This school provides him extra educational support, PT, OT, and speech theray.

Sandy explains that Spongebob had a seizure one day prior to surgery.

Spongebob has surgery to lengthen his achilles and hamstrings d/t having contractures and muscle spascity being diagnosed with cerebral palsy. Spongebob's cerebral palsy limits his ambulation and then became wheelchair bound.

Spongebob lives with Sandy. Sandy explains that Spongebob is a good sleeper. He will sleep through the night until about 5:30a-6:00a when his restless legs wake him up.
