    General Gage had an order from Parliament to seize all weapons and arrest the leaders of the Massachusetts militia. He ordered for Lieutenant Colonel Francis Smith to take 700 troops to Concord. and seize all artillery and ammunition.

Colonel Williams Prescott then gave order to not fire until your close enough since they were low on ammunition.

    hired 30,000 Hessian to fight with British troops. striking first, Congress sent patriot troops from fort T. to attack. the Patriots won this battle.

    56 delegates signed the declaration and John Hancock wrote his name so large that the king could read it without glasses, these men are the founding fathers but England saw them as traitors to the crown and said if they were caught they would be hung.
