I remember being the best reader in my class. My teacher had given me a gold star for having the most efficient book report -

The first time I had to write a real essay because I wanted to apply and get in a committee -
When I had first learned about many important grammar skills to build a structured essay or story -
I had found a book at the store ( a good girls guide to murder) and I read it within hours. It's my favorite series to this day. -
My brother would come home for school, and show me his homework. I would help him with his reading and writing assignments and he gradually got to my level when I was his age. -
I wrote a short story for this class and i recieved many compliments/praise for it. My english teacher said that i should keep this story and reuse it.

Now, I have many favorite books and I try to read them almost everyday (even when I get busy). My favorite book is No longer human by Osamu Dazai because he really gets in-depth about his struggle. Even though its fiction, it powerfully depicts the darkness of depression.
