Simon Wiesenthal was the most famous nazi hunter of them all he started as a camp survivor and made his way up to the U.S government and his wife and children were taken and most likely killed by the nazis and because of this he felt that he had to take revenge against aldof Eichmann and that is why he got so high up in the government because he had all the information they needed to get the investigation started and he was an eyewitness also -
so in chapter two of nazi hunters we have figured out that adof eichmann was located and escaped Germany by going to los arise and residing their in secret and keeping totally annaomus but this didn't end up working out for them because his son nick/klaus got a girlfriend and inveied him over to their hose for dinner and that is when nick started talking about his father and how he was a high-ranking officer in nazi Germany and they got suspicious and went their and found eichmann their. -
so the Israeli agents are having a really hard time finding Eichmann because he has been a spy in the past therefore he knows how to hide and two of the characters in the story know where he is and those people are Silvia and Lothar Herman because Silvia has met him before but the cause of the information the Israelis have they thought o he should be living in a Machon but no he is living in a rundown house and renting it from a landlord -
in this section of the book it shows that their are neo nasis and theywere going to use this information to get the higher ups in isrial and this ended up working because the people ended up funding them because they originally going to assassinate I'm but they thought he had to be brought to justice so they are starting up the investigation -
the Israeli army had reopened the Eichmann case and was on their way to Argentina and when they got there they went to the place in wich Eichmann lived and turns out he had moved two weeks earlier and their were builder and carpenters so they asked the carpenter where the old residents have moved to and he said I don't know but the peoples son work next door ask I'm so they did and got a lead so they followed this kid after work without him knowing and lost him at a marked in town -
in chapter six they have confirmed that the person that lived in the hose was Eichmann and were going to start the planning of the capture but ahoroni wanted to get some pictures to just make sure and they went a couple of times to get the pictures and didn't get them until the last try Eichmann and his son were working in the yard and ahroni and his friend went up to Eichmann and with a briefcase that had a camera in it and the friend ended up taking perfect photos of eichmann -
in chapter five the isralies got a lead on the whereabouts of eichmann and that was in Argentina on geraballi street and when they were scouting out the house zvi ahronie was with his girlfriend and looked at the house and saw a man standing outside the front door and washing he said he was about 5 feet 7 and skinny and when zvi got a look at this man he knew it was eichmann -
Rafi Eitan, Avraham Shalom, Shalom Dani, Moshe Tabor, Yaakov Gat, Peter Malkin, Yaakov Medad, Isser Harel this is the group that is going to find and put eichmann to trial they will to its a month from now when the country of argrntina had a party with all of the leaders of the countries -
so they have the team together they found Eichmann now they have t figure out how to get Eichmann out and the people into et the people in there going to fly them in at the same time on different flights and to get them out they are going to try and make a nonstop trip over the Atlantic and pass the point of no return normally it would be a three-stop flight for refueling needs and that other stuff but one-stop they may not be able to do it -
the problem of the capture that they were going t have to deal with is the plane had to leave on the 20th instead of the other time so they had to risk leaving Eichmann for 5 more days than before -
on may 18 they got everyone to Buenos aires and started looking cor the capture point so the watched Eichmann come home every night from his job for 5 days and pinpointed the location of the capture it was as soon as he turned on to geraballie street -
it is the day before the capture that have had mishaps and all of that but it is so close they can feel it and they are ready they have got the cars safe houses the way they are going to take him and they whay they are doing that is one car is going to be on gerabaldi street and the other on rout 202 the one car would blind eichmann and the other two people would come up behind him and put him into the limosine -
they got him they got Eichmann they got him into the car and have him at the safe house now they need to interrigat him they start and he is just giving them the information they need openly he gave them his name after a bit he was also answering the questions very quickly and clearly because he knew that this was the end he had got captured and their was no going back from this and he had given up -
t was the day they were going to capture Eichmann they have trained for this they studies and did everything possible to make this right at 6:30 pm they were waiting by the kiosk for the bus they had opened the hood of the limousine and bent over to make it look like they needed help with it 7:40 go time they waited for the bus to come and they saw it the first bus but It didn't stop it kept going then the next bus did the same the third bus it stopped it was Eichmann he got off and they got him -
they have got eichmann now they have to wait for the plane to get ready and figure out how to get eichmann on the plane and they have come up with three pland one being putting him in a box that says government property the other use a catering cart that they took from the airport the the last one is dressing him up in one f the uniforms to sneak past the gards so they are going too use plan three dressing him up and they are going to need to get him a fake passport a id card and dress him up -
They have eichmann that got information from him they drove him to the airport and now he is on the plane and they are about to take off and the tower calls and says their is a mistake in the flight plan so they wait and send someone up to the tower to take a look and figure this out now it is a waiting game -
They are on the flight it has taken off and they have they have made their stop not for the final approach to tel aviv and they are getting ready to land and face the action that is going to take place but there didn't know that the eichmanns son is going to have the plane intercepted -
they landed at isrial and got Eichmann into jail they had the prime minister confirm that it was him and they were off to the trial and once they got him there that stated he admitted that he was aldof Eichmann openly to the judge and they told the world so now everyone was safe and back home and Eichmann had been captured -
eichmann had gone theough his trial he has ended up with many charges against humanity and is going to be sentenced to death and no way out of it even though he asked for a appeal and to speak to the prime minister that was also denied this because of all of the hatred of this and he was sentenced to a hanging when he want onto the stand he asked for the hood to be off and his last words were "long live Germany long live Argentina" -
after all of this happened their were some bad things that were happening after argtntina found this out first they requested that eichmann be brought back to Argentina and they isralies said that they had hi sign a document for him to go and next the neo nazis that were their started attacking members of the Jewish councle in Argentina
