    I was medically Retired after 13.5 years due to a stent with cancer and an autoimmune disease that affected me in year 2 of being on active duty. Hashimotos Hypothyroidism was and is a huge challenge, but God will heal me, and I will keep pressing in faith. I wanted to do 20-plus years! But God had different plans for my future! I am still extremely blessed.
