    The Trail of tears was the removal and displacement of natives. They were kicked out of their lands at eastern Oklahoma to the the Indian territory which becomes Oklahoma.

    It was the Union vs the Confederacy and it was from 1861 to 1865. The Natives fought with the confederacy because they wanted to keep their slaves.
