I was born on June 12, 2010, at 8:00 p.m. at the Profamilia clinic. I was born at 38 weeks of pregnancy. That same day, the FIFA World Cup in South Africa had already begun (it started on June 11). It was the first time a World Cup was held in Africa.

I was a very healthy, cheerful baby, but I cried a lot and wouldn’t let my parents sleep at night. I was a big, chubby baby for only being one month old. The country was going through a political transition. Juan Manuel Santos had won the presidential elections.

I cried a lot, especially at night. I still couldn’t speak, but I made some sounds.
-
By my third month of life, I could roll over and was trying to explore my surroundings. Trying to sit up was one of my favorite things to do.
-
In my fourth month of life, I was already pushing myself with my legs and started drinking from a bottle.
-
"In my fifth month of life, I played with small toys and watched videos on the TV."

This day is very special because it was my first birthday, and I was able to celebrate it with my whole family, with my cousins running and playing all around.

In this photo, it was my first soccer match where I came in from the bench, but little by little, I earned a spot in the starting lineup.

This was the first livestock fair I was able to attend, thanks to my grandparents, because they were going to buy a cow for the farm.

This was the day I graduated from ninth grade with my classmates after almost failing the year.

This was the last day living in Bucaramanga, because we were moving to Barranca due to my dad’s job.
