Born in Iwakuni, Japan -
I was 26 when I got married. -
Childhood was good and the biggest event was moving from South Carolina to AZ when I was 6. Stayed in Yuma, AZ till I was 28. -
Joined the Military at 28 years old. I left for boot camp on our 2nd wedding anniversary. -
While in Rhode Island I loved to take nature pictures. -
Graduated X-ray school in San Diego, CA. -
In 2014 we became Foster parents for 3 years in North Carolina. We fostered 10 children including our son. -
This was my first smoker and it started the obsession. -
In 2015 I found my love for cooking BBQ. -
We met our son for the first time. He was the 3rd foster child we cared for. -
I loved when my son would visit me at work. -
Our first house was being built. -
Left my last duty station Jacksonville, NC and headed to civilian life back in Yuma, AZ. While I was on terminal leave. -
I was in the U.S Navy for 8 years and lived in Rhode Island, San Diego, San Antonio and Jacksonville, NC. -
Our son's adoption was finally complete. -
Had my first job after the Navy which was teaching and coaching High School Football -
We were blessed enough to adopt the best dog ever! -
We love the beach vacations. -
Our favorite family past time is the beach and Legoland.
