    First time reading

The first time ever reading was in kindergarten. I ain't know how to read so I kinda didn't know what I was looking at.
  • Learning how to read

    Learning how to read

I think I started reading sentences in 1st grade. It was basic stuff though. Probably something like, "The cat jumped over the cow."
  • Am I good at reading?

    Am I good at reading?

I remember going to those lessons for reading where you gotta read a passage then the teacher writes notes down on what words you skipped, what words you pronounced wrong, awkward long pauses, etc. It was alright though. I got to go and see if my reading improved or not.
  • I'm bad at reading!

    I'm bad at reading!

In 3rd grade, I stayed back. I definitely was still bad at reading and comprehending stuff. And I was really slow at reading too I think.
  • Do I like reading?

    Do I like reading?

Do I like reading? No. I didn't enjoy it because I didn't find it as interesting as math and science.
  • I'm starting to like reading

    I'm starting to like reading

After 5th grade, I started to not hate reading as much. Started like 7th grade, around that time. I started to find it more important and useful. Better comprehension meant being better at other subjects which is why I started to focus a little on reading and writing. Math and science were still my preferred subjects.
  • High school Is Around The Corner!

High school Is Around The Corner!

I started freshman year of high school I think in 2022. I really needed to focus on my reading whether I liked it or not. Freshman year marked the true beginning of my educational career.
  • AP Lang

    AP Lang

This is my first AP English class. At this point, I've really started to enjoy reading and finding the values of it more than any other class.
