Rhossael is a city in southern Seatha where the Summer Palace is located. They go there because Sri is pregnant with their son and they decide they want him to be born away from Seatha (city). -

On the way to Rhossael, a town they pass through seems to be afflicted with the disease Kodak's parents and Maggie died of. They stay for a few weeks and then leave when Sri's magic stops working (mid-May). -

Attempt made on Kodak's life
Kodak is stabbed by a servant, who is then arrested and put to the question. Another attempt is made on his life a few days later, but healers get to Kodak in time to start his heart beating again so he survives. Eventually (around the middle of July) they discover that the man behind the assassination attempts is Lord Leind, and he is arrested and imprisoned to await trial upon Kodak's return. -

War starts
Ioren kills Eoren, his brother the King of Darnyl, claims the throne, and blames it on Arothar, the elven ambassador in Darnyl. Therefore he murders the elf and starts a war against Seatha. -

Elves on the warfront lose magic unexpectedly, resulting in retreats and many more elf fatalities. -
Seatha requests aid from Adothel
Kodak reaches the decision that the war cannot be won without assistance from Adothelian armies. He requests that the King of Adothel visit Seatha to form an alliance. -
Adothel denies Seatha aid
The King of Adothel refuses to send only the elf portion of his army to Seatha to help in the war, thus ending any ideas of alliance. He leaves immediately, and Sri leaves with him (after sleeping with him to anger Kodak). -
Sri leaves Adothel
Sri receives a letter from Keira that convinces her to leave Adothel and go to heal elves in Seatha. -
Sri captured
Sri is captured and taken to an elf concentration camp, where she undergoes torture and forced labor while pregnant. She becomes weak and both she and the unborn baby are very unhealthy. -
Kodak rescues Sri
Kodak saves Sri from the camp, killing all humans in residence and freeing the other elves there as well. When he finds her, Sri is unconscious and he takes her to a healer's camp and she has her baby. -
Kodak and Sri reconcile
Finally! -
Elianne born
Elianne is born in the very early morning after being brought to the healer's camp late the night before. Sri is unconscious and in very poor condition. The baby is very premature and has to be kept alive by magic. -
Annark kills Ioren
Annark somehow manages to kill Ioren, thus claiming the throne as his own and restoring order. -
Robyn born
Robyn, first daughter of Keira and Annark and princess of Darnyl, is born in Seatha.
