    Following the death of his brother Arthur died leading him to take the throne on the 22nd of April, 1509 at the age of 17. He would also go on to marry his brother's widow, Catherine of Aragon only 6 weeks later.

    Catherine of Aragon would birth their first child, a baby boy into the world.

  • Death of First Child

    Following the birth of their first child the baby boy wouldn't survive much longer and ended up dying on the 22nd of February, 1511.
