My current healthy lifestyle
I am doing great, so far I am having breathing problems but overall doing great. I am currently workout to make sure that my body stay shape and stay fitness. Plus I am trying to eat good food much as I can where I doesnt have to rely on junk food or any of grease food too. -
Potential consequences of my lifestyle
In fifty year from now, I will might get diease or anything like that because right now I am currently eating lots of red meat, and not eating lots of nurtion which mean will affect my health lots in future. I am currently working out so it can help my health much as I can get because it will break down what I was eating and how much I drank, so it can help me to stay alive longer. Only Risk factor is diabete, because currently I am in borderline diabete so I have to drank lots of water
