Phil still wasn't a part of Microsoft Gaming. -
He had been working for Microsoft's European developers. -
He has been speaking at them ever since 2010 and still speaks at them today. -
Phil had some say in this but was not a big part of the introduction or production. -
He started leading Xbox, Xbox Live, Groove Music, Movies and TV's team, and Microsoft Studios. -
He was vice president and reported right to the CEO. -
Spoke at the DICE summit and also at the 2018 game awards. -
Spencer has since worked on the improvement of the consoles. -
They did this but allowed Call of Duty games to stay on PlayStation. -
This happened the same time as the acquisition of Activision Blizzard.
