I was born in Sallisaw Oklahoma. -
Sports have been an integral part of my life and now my kids have the same passion. My first sport was wrestling. I also played football, baseball, track, and powerlifting. -
Obtained the rank of eagle in the Boy Scouts of America. -
Met my wife in high school and we are still in love 22 years later. -
Graduated from Henryetta High School in 2004 -
Got a football scholarship to play at Northeastern State University. Played 1 year. -
Moved to OKC and started attending UCO. -
My best friend was killed in Afghanistan in the United States Navy. -
Left Chick-fil-a and started working at 7 Eleven -
Married my highschool sweetheart Sarah! -
I got a promotion to manager at 7 Eleven and dropped out of college. -
My son Lane was born and I became a father! Being a dad is the best thing in my life. -
My beautiful daughter Avery was born! -
Started working at State Farm as a Team Lead. -
I started working at the food bank as the Director of Volunteer Operations. am now the Director of Food Resource Center. -
Won the Hunger Hero award at work for embodiment of our core values. -
After more than a decade out of school I went back to college. It has been amazing!

Won the Oklahoma Career and Technical Education Equity Council award for outstanding business and industry partner for my job training partnership. -
It hasn't happened yet but I will be graduating with a degree in Organizational Leadership!
