The importance of this event is that Israel is finally about to become a great nation, and that God is with them, through all the 40 years in the wilderness. -
Israel goes to conquer the land of Canaan. With God's help, they drive out all the people who live there, even the giants that were feared 40 years ago, and settle there in Canaan. The importance of this event is that God is with the Israelites, even while they are fighting scary giants. -
God has Gideon fight a ton of people with only a little bit of people to save Israel. They successfully make Israel free again. The importance of this event is that it doesn't matter the amount of people you have to win the battle, but if you have God on your side. -
God brings another judge to save the Israelites from the Philistines. This judge, Samson, saves the Israelites from the Philistines with his super strength. The importance of this event is that God is super powerful, and that He can make a person super strong to save His chosen people.
