    Hoag House Built in 1856

    In 1854, Julio Carrillo sold a lot near the creek at 1st and B Streets to John Ingram for $168. Two years later a carpenter named Charlie White built A carpenter named Charlie White built thea mustard yellow home in Gothic Revival style. Sold repeatedly it was purchased by Armsted Runyon who sold it to Obediah Hoag in 1875.
