The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess
The Nintendo Wii was a new console, so we were only able to rent the game for set times. but when I could i had always enjoyed the game mechanics with their puzzles. -
The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D
unlike Twilight Princess, I actually owned this game, and was able to finish it from beginning to end. while this was a remaster of the nintendo 64 game, this still kept the basic mechanics of the original. so seeing this game play very simular to Twilight princess was an interesting discovery -
Devil May Cry 4
This was my first game that was a Hack'n'slash, and Having played it after my first two zelda games: i viewed this as "Zelda but with more Style" as it still had the targeting and Dodging that they had, while the DMC franchise had more popular titles to it's name, this Game is what made Devil May Cry my favourite franchise. -
The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild
What feels like a third addition to my list of favourite zelda games, goes in a different angle in progression with it's story. making every side story ultimately "option but very reccomended" gave a new feeling to freedom. -
Devil May Cry 5
My favourite game even today, with a large variety of ways to defeat enemies, while having a simple yet fun story. -
The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom
adding more variety to the prequel Breath of the Wild. not just making the final boss accessible like the previous game, but also making any challenge completable in any way the player wishes. Ultimately leaving it up to the player's creativity.
