sugar act
The Sugar act was carried out on April 5,1764. It brought an end to trading sugar and molasses as well as increased the revenue for the British Government. The colonists felt resentful towards the British parliament and felt as if they were being held captive by them. -

The Stamp Act was made by the British and this act made colonist to pay taxes for printed materials. The colonists upset because more cruel rules were being implemented on them. -
