    Why: Germany was in a terrible economic crisis and they were looking for someone to guide them out of this crisis and Adolf Hitler had all these Qualities
    Impact: It started an era that would start WWII and cause millions of deaths

    Where: Germany
    Why: The Nazi party had taken over Germany and they blamed the jews for all of the problems that Germany had and so they made laws against the jews
    Impact: this was the start of hate crimes against the Jews who would later end up in concentration camps
