I loved the taste of Tylenol and I found some in my mom's purse. I opened it (childproof lids don't do anything) and started drinking some and kept convincing myself it wouldn't hurt to drink a little bit more. I had to be rushed to the hospital and have my stomach pumped.

I moved to Arkadelphia from Rogers in June 2022. This event shaped my life because it completely shifted the people I was close with and just my lifestyle in general. It was very shocking to come from such an urban community to a small town.

Start day of the worst year of my life. This year a lot of terrible things happened including a major decline in my mental health and being put into therapy for self harm and other things, a family member being diagnosed with cancer, multiple deaths, a big breakup, and losing a lot of friends due to all of my mental health issues. This year actually helped shape me into the person I am by teaching me how to push through hard times and strengthening me.

I had a lot of health problems for a while that doctors couldn't seem to connect. I had a procedure done in 2024 to see what was wrong and they found out that I had over 10 stomach ulcers and several other issues. This was the start of finding out what the problems were before finding out that a lot of it was something called dysautonomia caused from stress. This affected me by learning how to cope with a lot of the problems.

I got my license on my 16th birthday! When people say that life gets better after you get your license, they are very right. While some people might not consider this a major life event, I think the switch from having to get a ride to so much freedom is life changing.

I ate 2 big Mcdonalds burritos and banana bread and drank Addi's Celsius. It made me pretty sick. I enjoyed it because going to McDonalds before school almost made me late but I wasn't and I never get this big of a breakfast during the school year.
