Milgram's Obedience Study
Sponsored by Yale University to test how far individuals would go to obey a figure of authority if it involved the harm of others. Participants were instructed to send life threatening electric shocks to individuals in which 65% of them went through with it even if it had conflicted with their interpersonal morals.
