As someone born in '98, I am apart of one of the last generations where I remember "boxes" on the back of computers. During elementary school, about 3x a week, students from every class would rotate their time in a computer lab.

In middle school, I began taking algebra courses and my teachers put a graphing calculator on our student supply list. From that moment forward, I had to carry a graphing calculator to school.

After school I would walk home with my friends. Often, we would watch silly challenges on YouTube and pretend to be vloggers.

My mom surprised my older sister with a smart phone. I am only one year below her and when she got one, I did too!

The beginning of high school also meant it was time for a new phone. With technology advancing, the new iphone had come out and as long as I had a protective cover, I was allowed to get an iphone.
