In the Animal farm the animals are not getting fed because of their leader. They plan on to start a rebellion so that they would be treated better. In the Russian Revolution present soldiers started to protest for their living conditions. They did this because they were exhausted from the precautions of WW1. -
After the majority of the Petrograd garrison of soldiers joined the revolt against the Royal family Tsar Nicolas 11 is forced to step down. In Animal Farm Mr. Jones is also forced to flee because of the Animals revolution. -
A provisional government was set up to serve in Families Royal place. The Animals are like a provisional government because they take control of Animal Far but they say that all Animals are equal. -
Vladimir Lenin returns and becomes the leader of the Bolsheviks and starts to regain power. Napoleon starts to gain power and gains support of all the animals. -
Aleksandr Kerensky starts to push back on Lenin. Lenin ends up leaving and the country turns against the Bolsheviks. In Animal Farm Snowball is pushing back against Napoleon. This ends up in many conflicts between them. -
Kornilov's failed intervention serves to increase the power and popularity of the Bolsheviks as Russia defensively flock to Kornilov's main target. After Two years of building the windmill it was finally done but there was a storm and knocked it down. Napoleon used his strategy to convince the animals that they would have a better life with the windmill. -
Lenin returns to Petrograd and stays hidden. He works with the Bolsheviks to take over the government. In Animal Farm Napoleon is never around anymore and not attending the meetings. We later find out that he has been training puppies so he can gain power over Animal Farm. -
The Bolsheviks and revolutionary soldiers get rife of the provisional government and declare that state power has been passed to the Soviets Napoleon made a high pitched whimper, then nine huge dogs came into the barn. The dog then went strait for Snowball and chased him out of the farm.
