    Massacre at Mystic

    As an act of violence and ethic cleansing English and allied forces killed hundreds of men women and children. They set fire to the Pequot village by the mystic river. English captain John Mason ordered for the forts to be burned and survivors to be killed.
  • Nat Turner Rebellion

    Nat Turner Rebellion

    This was a rebellion against white people. Driven by the want to end slavery self proclaimed prophet Nat Turner lead a rebellion that killed about 55 white people. This resulted in severe retaliation killing hundreds of black people and stricter law restricting black freedoms.

    Dred Scott Decision

    This declared all African Americans free or enslaved couldn’t be United State citizens. This made it to where they had no rights and were just property.
