I was born on this day and was i was brought into this world by my mother. -
It was my first day of Preschool and I went to James B. Farnsworth. I was so nervous and excited and met a lot of new friends and made friendships that would last for years. -
When i was about 5 years old, I finally learned how to ride a bike without my parents needing to hold me or have training wheels. I learned to be independent for the first time. -
My family created a soccer team for all of the little kids in the family to connect with each other and just have a nice time. Me and my cousins would play every weekend and I would start my growing love for soccer here.. -
It was my frist time joining a real Soccer Club and I joined a club called Sockers FC and got to experience traveling for sports and learning to connect and work with new people for something I loved doing. I got to travel to a lot of places and got to face challenges and learn to overcome them. -
I was about 11 when I started my first day of middle school at James B. Farnsworth. I was excited to get multiple teachers and make new connections and go through a new phase of my life that would then make me the person I am today. -
During my first year of middle school, the whole world got struck with the pandemic and covid 19 and we had to be on shutdown. It was scary and difficult because my life is now completely online and inside my house. From the pandemic and going through puberty, I got to learn about myself a bit and pick up a few hobbies like skating and making music. -
This was my first time going to Mexico and I was really excited to go connect with my roots and my background and visit some of my family and see their hometown and how my parents used to live and truly just to have new experience and be somewhere different for a change. -
The pandemic was officially over and schools we're back in session in person and masks were now optional. I was excited to go back to see my friends and connect with new people and finally get that middle school experience. -
It was my last day of middle school and It was the day of graduation. I was finishing a chapter in my life and leaving all of my Farnsworth memories behind me and it felt like a refresh for me. -
It was my first day of high school and a new chapter of my life. I was gonna meet new people and make new connections that would last me until the present. I was gonna be in a bigger campus with over 1,000 students! I would come to learn to make new connections, talk to people, and learn to deal with new problems and situations. -
I stopped playing soccer once the pandemic hit but since high school started, I wanted to get back into it and joining the team would help me not only get back in shape, but also help me make new friends and make high school more fun. -
I went from playing Freshman high school soccer straight to Varisty during my Sophmore season and it was terryfing for me. Going up a whole two level felt unreal but I had to learn to progress and learn as I go. I had to face these better and bigger teams and learn how to deal with them and how I can make a good impact for the team. -
My first year on Varsity and I ended up winning the Most Valuable Player on the team for my dedication and hardwork I put in. I tried my hardest this season and I really wanted to improve and I believe this award showed that I did, especially since I joined as a Sophmore and straight from the JV team -
My Junior year of my second year on Varsity, we made it to the city finals and we won! We went against our rivals Lane Tech and we beat them in pens. The game was really challenging and tiring and I even ended up getting injured but I put in 100% and it was so worth it. -
For my Junior year on Varisty, I got awarded and All State title meaning I got chosen for the All State team and recognied as one of the best players in the state. This award was proven through my dedication and unreal season with Taft. I played my best this year and I'm so proud of myself and where I've come to.
