    Harambe

    Harambe was a gorilla at a the Cincinnati Zoo who was shot and killed after a 3 year old boy fell 15 feet into the gorilla’s enclosure. Zoo workers were prompted to shoot the gorilla after it was interacting and dragging the boy through the water in the enclosure. After this happened it striked a huge debate whether it was needed to shoot the gorilla, if parents were at fault and if the zoo should have gorillas kept in captivity.
