Developing a Professional and Personal Timeline

  • One year from today

I strive to improve my teaching skills by actively participating in school activities, such as class observations, to gain valuable field experience. Additionally, I aim to expand my understanding of lesson planning and recognize its significance in effective teaching. I will prioritize my personal well-being by maintaining a healthy work-life balance. I also want to have a majority of A grades in my classes that I have left.

My overall personal goal at this point is to be not just content with my life, but truly happy. Professionally, I would like to be given some sort of recognition for my area if teaching. Whether that is teacher of the month or something along those lines. That would be a big goal of mine as an educator.
