One year from today
I strive to improve my teaching skills by actively participating in school activities, such as class observations, to gain valuable field experience. Additionally, I aim to expand my understanding of lesson planning and recognize its significance in effective teaching. I will prioritize my personal well-being by maintaining a healthy work-life balance. I also want to have a majority of A grades in my classes that I have left. -
Two years from today
By this time I would hope that I have developed a good understanding for everything that there is to know about elementary education. That I am comfortable with my knowledge from my classes and that I am overall enjoying everything that I have learned since this will be my life for the next however so many years. I hope I am personally satisfied with my GPA and my learnings. -
Five years from today
At this point, I would hope to have been teaching for at least 2 years. Personally, my goal is to love the school that I am a part of. Whether it's the principal, administration, students, etc. Along with that, I would like to be professionally confident in my creativity and communication within the classroom as well as with the parents and other staff. -
Ten years from today
My overall personal goal at this point is to be not just content with my life, but truly happy. I hope to have a growing family of my own and I hope to have found all of the parts that I was most looking forward to in teaching. Professionally, I would like to be given some sort of recognition for my area if teaching. Whether that is teacher of the month or something along those lines. That would be a big goal of mine as an educator. -
The end of my career
I hope to have made a lasting impact on my students' lives by instilling a love for learning and fostering their personal growth and development. Professionally, I aspire to have become a respected leader in the field of education, known for my innovative teaching methods and dedication to student success. Personally, I aim to have maintained a healthy work-life balance, nurturing my own well-being and continuing to find joy and fulfillment in my role as an educator.
