    In 1933, Adolf Hitler becomes chancellor. Chancellor is a senior state of legal official. Hitler was caught by the eyes of the government because he was an anti-communist. Germany was in economic uin and they needed an alternative in Nazi Party, who was Adolf Hitler.

    THE JEWS HAVE NO RIGHT TO LIVE AMONG US AS JEWS. This was the statement mentioned by Hitler to Jews. Hitler started to kill Jews with no justified reasons. He just did not like them because they were not fit to the world according to him. He separated into three stages to kill as many Jews as possible. At last, he also allowed experiment using Jews dead body for productive way of killing.

    After all the crisis in Germany, Hitler becomes a chancellor. Nazis were the true government in 1931 and in 1934, Nazis became the largest party in German.

    German Jews stripped of rights by Nuremberg Race Laws. This law took away the rights of citizenships of Jews. The significance of this law would be that the Jews had to marry or have sexual relationship with only Aryans, a person with blond hair and blue eyes with Germanic heritage. This illustrate how much Jews were mistreated with unfair treatment from Hitler.

    German troops occupy the Rhineland. Due to the Treaty of Versailles, German could not put troops even though they had the right to control Rhineland. However, on March 7, 1936, Hitler decided to re-enter Rhineland, breaking the Treaty of Versailles. The Allies, Britain and France, could not do anything at this time because France was going through crisis and could not go against Nazi Germany. Therefore, later, Hitler turn his attention toward Eastern Europe.

    In 1937, the Spanish Civil war broke out. German's role in the Spanish War was to do the requested jobs such as to send troops and planes for the war. Hitler supported Franco during the Civil War because he knew Franco would be a fascious leader also in the future. He did not wanted to fight against another fascious leader for his better future. The Allies, Britain, France, and U.S., involvement during the Civil War was that they signed non-interference treaty.

    Chamberlin believed that appeasement was 'peace for our time' because they modified by another world war. They were afraid to go onto another war, but their method eventually lead to another war. France and Britian were so reluctant to stop the aggressive nations (Germany, Japan, and Italy) because they were scared that war might break within these nations again. They did not have time to be not reluctant.

    After long conflicts and disputes over countries to preserve peace, war finally broke out. The peace that governments wanted to preserve eventually did not last long. Starting with Nazis taking Czechoslovakia, signing 'Pact of Steel' with Italy, Nazis and Soviets signing Non-Aggression Pact, Nazis invading Poland, to Britain, France, Australia and New Zealand declaring war on Germany, many of the events happened. On 1939, King George VI declared a war.

    After War broke out, Hitler's plan was to end it quickly as possible for his own benefit. His plan called Blitzkrieg which brought many advantages to Germany during the war. Hitler used this tactics to stop the airplane, technology, transportation, factories, and communication to improve while they had enough sources to fight. Stalin helped Hitler to invade and supported their army because they promised to split land once invaded.

    After Hitler gained his power by invading Italy using his tactics, Blitzkreig, his power rose more rapidly. Soon, he also took over France. France and Britain did not attack Germany after the declaration of war because they were unprepared, while Hitler was ready to go when everyone else allowed him without any control. France was surrender with armistice, an agreement, and this is how World War One should have ended, Treaty of Versailles was wrong and everything was back to normal.

    As soons as the power of France declined, Hitler quickly invaded Britain. After many victories over countries, Hitler was uncontrollable. He thought he could and would invade any other country in a moment. However, turn out of this result was the victory of Britain. This allowed Htiler to step back and actually allowed many other countries to join in World War 2 and fight against Germany.

    Among many disuputes with U.S., Japan was angered and finally decided to bomb Pearl Harbor in Hawaii, U.S.A. on December 7th, 1941. This was significant because Japan bombed without any notification before hand. Japan's bombing of Pearl Harbor was not the best way to show their anger, but there were many disputes happening up to this point. Since the attack was sudden, U.S. had to join the Allies. Negotiation between Japan and U.S. failed.

    A day after Pearl Harbor was attacked by Japan, U.S. and Britain declare war on Japan. There are several reasons why Japan bombed U.S. First, when Japan invaded Manuchria, U.S. refused to recognize Manchria as an independent state. In 1937, when Japan invaded China, U.S. supported China and took away all the military services. Western governments were violent and harsh against Japan. Japan's attack was not right and a surprise, but there were many disputes that rose their anger.

    During the whole World War II, U.S. had no involvement in the war. However, after the attack from Japan and war against them, U.S. face war against German. The war with U.S. is not soley because of German. U.S. had some mistake that eventually lead to war. For instance, since early September 1941, U.S. continually attakced German naval forces with their aircraft, ships, and etc. U.S. did not want to get involved in war, but they now faced a war with Germany.

    Battle of Stalingrad is one of the most bloody and violent war during World War II. It was against Germany and Russian and Hitler used blitzkrieg tactics to attack. His main purpose was to gain oil and other resources. At last, the result was the Soviets victory over the Axis Power.

  • D-Day: The Invasion of Normandy

    D-Day: The Invasion of Normandy
    After Germany have defeated many of the countries, they became arrogant. However, on June 5th, 1944, the Allies decided to attempt an invasion of France to liberate Europe from Germany. In history, this is the largest landing. This is important because it is taking back France and progressing toward Germany. Soviets (Russia) was also progressing toward Germany. Hitler did not want to fight on the two fronts, but it happened. In Berlin, Europe and America and Soviets were altogether on one side.

    Battle of Leyte Gulf
    Japanese would destroy the American fleet, thus preventing the Allies from resupplying their ground troops. Japanese had lost disastrously, eliminating it as a fighting force in the war. This was lead by General Douglas MacArthur. At last the victory was to the Allied powers and they gave more of rights to Philippines. This also stopped Japan from further invasion.

    Hitler faced a war on two fronts. The push into Allied lines gave the campaign name, the Battle of the Bulge. The Germans had little choice but to retreat because they other countries were pushing them and there were no reinforcements available.

    Even though war in European country was toward the ending, battle in Japan was still not over. The Japanese retreated before the counterattack of the Allied powers. Both United States and Japan lost tremendous amounts of men.

    On August 6th, 1945, United States had huge bombing against Japan in Hiroshima and Nagasaki. When Japan was trying to recover from all the wars they were on, United States bombed right away which killed many innocent civilians. Other people who didn't immediately died through bombing eventually died because of the radiation exposure. It was one of the first bombing that caused great amount of death. The atomic bomb was now called "a new and most cruel bomb."

    Over the long period of World War II, the war has finally came to an end with the victory of the Allies. However, their victory was not successful because this war took away many lives of civilians and soldiers and brought great distruction. About 60 million people were dead and 50 million people were misplaced, wondering from place to another. This war eventually did not benefit anyone again, yet lost many lives of innocent people.
