This affected my life in a huge way. We moved from a huge city into a town of 10,000. When we moved here, I was in 3rd grade and didn't have any friends. But soon after moving here I met my best friend and we are still best friends to this day! I love living in Arkadelphia and so grateful the Lord called my family to live here!!

In 2017 I accepted Christ into my heart in a church service. This was a big event for me because my faith is a large part of my life! I have not had a perfect life by any means, but I have always had the Lord by my side!

When Covid hit, we were in 5th grade and got sent home in March. They originally thought we were going to be out for only 2 weeks but we never went back. We had a very isolated and lonely spring/ summer but me and my family got closer during the lock down. We went back to school as middle schoolers and it was very weird, we had to wear masks and sit 6 ft apart. It was important because I lived through a pandemic and that only happens like every 100 years.

This was the day I got baptized! I had just come back from FCA camp, where I rededicated my life to the Lord. On the way home from camp, my best friend and I got stuck on the interstate for 5 hours with her dad(our pastor). During this time I talked with him about my faith and he suggested I get baptized! So I did the next Sunday!

In freshman year and the summer after my friendships really grew. Me and a few of my really close friends went to church camp together and this really brought us close. We grew in our relationships with Christ and could encourage each other. I have had some really bad friendships so I am grateful for my friends and they have really shaped me to who I am today.

This was the day I became official with my boyfriend Ezra. This day is special to me because we had been friends for so many years, but now we were officially together. We got my favorite meal then watched the sunset at the lake! The most perfect day with my best friend!
