  • 1.1 The Beginning

I chose this date because it was when I started taking care of my own responsibilities. I began making my own decisions, like managing money and planning for my future. That made me feel like an adult because I wasn’t depending on others as much anymore. i have no family support. This shows a shift in my social and psychological age, not just my chronological age. I believe adulthood is not just about turning 18 but also about taking on responsibilities and becoming emotionally mature.
  • 2.3 - My current healthy lifestyle

Right now, my lifestyle is moderately healthy. I eat vegetables almost every day, but I could definitely eat more fruits. I do exercise about 3 times a week, which gives me around 80 minutes. I never smoke and I rarely drink alcohol. However, I do eat junk food sometimes and I don’t always wear sunscreen. To improve my lifestyle, I would like to add more fruits and less junk. These changes could help lower my risk for obesity, cancer, and cardiovascular disease.
  • 2.4 - Potential consequences of my lifestyle

If I turn 50 on my birthday, I might be at risk for diabetes, cancer, and heart disease due to family history and my diet. However, I stay active and don’t smoke, which helps protect me. To stay healthy, I need to eat less processed food and get checkups.
