-
The narrator is reading but comes interrupted when there is a knock at the door. -
The curtains were blowing in the wind, as the narrator tries to calm himself, sying "its just someone knocking at my door...". -
He sst in that chair for a long time, thinking deeply about the bird, the ravens eyes stared into his heart, as he realized his love will never sit beside him again. -
"Leave" he shouted, "go back into the storm...take your break out of my heart", the narrator shouted, the raven answered with "nevermore." -
The raven didn't seem to mean much, no one had ever seen a bird perched above a door saying "nevermore." -
The narrator is sad because of his loss of his wife Lenore, the narrator is reading books to get over his loss. -
The narrator opened the door, saying "sir or madam, please forgive me...". -
The narrator stood staring into the darkness, as a silence felt endless, as he whispered "Lenore." -
He opened the window, and a large black raven flew in from outside, and perched on a statue above the door. -
The narrator went inside, his heart racing, as he goes to sit down, to calm down. -
He smiled at the raven, the raven looked serious and proud, as the raven said "nevermore." -
The raven perched on the door quietly, the narrator said "the bird will leave me too." -
The narrator was startled, when the raven only said the word "nevermore." -
The narrator cried again " prophet, bird, or demond, by heaven and God above, tell me truly will I ever see my beloved Lenore again?", the raven answered again with "nevermore." -
The raven never left, it still sits above the door, its eyes look like a demon's, his soul, trapped in a shadow, will be free nevermore. -
The narrator pulled up a chair and sat right in front of the raven, as he sat in front of the bird, he began to think about what the bird meant. -
The air around the narrator seemed to thicken, as he smelled sweet perfume in the air, the perfume smelled as though angles have entered the room. -
The narrator cried "prophet or devil tell me the truth are you here to test me?", the raven replied with saying "nevermore."
