The locals will be benefited by learning the stories of refugees and they will become aware of the trageties that these people were going through. This way, they will be more ready to help them and find ways to ease their pain. The community will also be benefited because of the fact that refugees will work as manpower in local shops and the staff will be more. Also, a very important benefit is the exchange of cultures. This can have an impact on the everyday lives of both locals and refugees.
