A justice bench was created for three lawyers in England named: Martin de Pateshull, Archdeacon of Norfolk and Dean of St Paul’s. These people looked up on and there example was followed. -

The first magistrates courts
A new court system arose and this was the first official time, especially since it was stated good and lawful men where used to keep the Kings peace. -

Moving away from politics
During the war of roses judges sat apart from both royalists and parliamentarians. This is the first time that judges where nutural and uninvolved in politics. -

Court of Chancery is introduced and rivals the court of common law. -
New Independence
This hashed out the details of having judeges as a part of our system, which means wages and other important things. -
Changes to the system
This was the first real change to the court system that was centuries old. The document called the Law Terms Act created that change by abolishing a previous court system. -
Judicature Act 1873
This event was of course the passing of the Judicature Act in 1873, what it did was comnbine common law and equity. One branch of the high courts is still called Chancery. -
Everything is still around.
Year after year the court system was adjusted through Henry II, Napoleone, and Elizabeth I, however there was up until 2006 a Lord Chancellor as part of the executive. This was not the only place where the old system existed, but it is one easilt seen. -
