    In first grade, I remember my teacher used a big and bulky projector to show movies or other things. It would project on the wall or on a stand up projector screen.

    In second grade, I remember going to the computer lab to research animals for our animal report. We would use the bulky desktop macbooks.

    In third grade, I remember classrooms were all starting to get smartboards. We used them every single day instead of the white board or chalk board. As students, we loved being able to go up and use a pen to write something on the board. We were fascinated by when the teacher would use their finger to trace a circle and then tap in the middle of it to clear what they wrote.

    In 7th grade, I remember starting to have chromebook carts in our classroom. We would use them occasionally, but mostly in our language arts classrooms when we had to write something like a paper.

    In middle school, I remember starting to use Google Docs in my language arts class. We would use this to keep track of any papers we wrote or notes for projects etc...

    In 8th grade, I remember being introduced to Canvas to prepare us for high school. This was where we were going to have all the information for our classes and our grades.
