Starting in 4th grade, we had a Chromebook cart that we would use aprox once of twice a week for varying activities such as reading quizzes, cool math games, class dojo etc.
-
We started using the class Chromebooks for lessons on dreambox, iRead, etc that would be individualized for each student and would track our progress.
-
In middle school I had teachers who had smart boards in their classes instead of the traditional chalk boards or white boards. This was more interactive and they would frequently call students up to come do work on the board.
-
Teachers would have us do group work on a shared google doc so we could all contribute and collaborate but on separate laptops.
-
In high school I had teachers give tests using a scantron so at the end of our test we could take it up, they would scan it, and immediately tell us our score.

When covid happened I was in my junior year of high school and they moved everything to virtual zoom learning, which caused issues because many students at my school didn't have laptops at home and/or wifi.
