In middle school, I learned how to use PowerPoint. I practiced adding slides, images, and animations, this felt like a big step in using tech tools.

In high school we were given an iBook to check out and use. It was HUGE to have our own laptops, but I remember they were new and often had bugs that made them frustrating to use.

During high school teachers started using projector Smart Boards instead of chalkboards or whiteboards. They made lessons more interactive and I remember my teachers having a lot of difficulty getting used to them.
