Nine schools from across portfolios who wanted to continue their design journeys by learning their way into sustaining the community-based design practices joined us to launch the year's Sustaining Journey.

With a team of all new district leaders, including the third superintendent in three years, the Clear Creek district design team came together to ground in the work that had already begun. Together, we wove deep conviction for carrying their new model of experiential learning forward, setting the tone for a year focused on defining and aligning priorities and practices for coherence across the entire Clear Creek school district.

HCS connects with Transcend's math portfolio and we mutually agree that joining the 2025 - 2027 project would be a great fit, and the Champlain Valley School District seeks partnership with Transcend to begin exploring district-wide redesign.

Clear Creek district team has aligned on district wide indicators for experiential learning to begin identifying strengths and needs to help target professional learning and overall alignment towards moving the district model forward. This is the first time there is a consistent set of common priorities being measured across all schools, including walkthrough data, academic outcome data, and experience data.
