Begining of the French and Indian War
The start of the French and Indian War was French forces fought British forces in North America. The final colonial war. This would lead to revolution because who ever wins will then have victory and there will be revolution. -
French and Indian War ends
The End of the French and Indian war ended because of the surprise attack sent towards the British. This led to the Road to the Revolution because it ended and stopped all attacks. -
Proclamation of 1763
The Proclimation of 1763 forbaded the colonists from settling west of the Appalachians Mountains. This would lead to Revolution because people wanted more space to live. -
Stamp Act
The Stamp Act was a law that requiered all legal and commercial documents to carry and offical stamp showing that a tax has been paid. This would lead to Revolution because people needed legal documents with them and that made people mad. -
Intolerable Acts
The Intoleable Acts used to describe a series of laws passed by Bristish parliment. This would lead to revolution because its another law, and people do not want that! -
Townshend Act
The Townshend Act were a series of laws beggining in 1776. This led to the Road of Revolution because people thought they needed laws but some disagreed. -
Boston Massacre
Boston Massacre took place in Boston, Massachusetts. It was when the British soldiers came to America, and they killed 5 people in thinking that they were being attacked. The soldiers got arrested and then John Adams acted as their lawyer and got them free from jail. This would lead to Revolution because British soldiers killed 5 innocent people. -
Tea Act
The Tea Act was an act of the Paliment of Great Britian in 1773. People would stop buying British Luxurious and only drink smuggled tea from Holland. As a result many tea companies lost their money due to unsold and rotted tea. This lead to revoulution because companies were losing money and they were getting mad, so they had to pass a law that had to check all the houses for smuggled tea. -
Boston Tea Party
Boston Tea Party was a direct action against the Britsh Government. There were three groups of men who dressed as Britsh Soldiers. They aboarded the ships that brought in the tea. They tipped over all the tea into the ocean. This would lead to revoultion because Natives dumped British property in to the Ocean. -
Lexington and Concord
The Battle of Lexington and Concord was fought because it marke the outbreak of open cinlict. This lead to the Revoultion because it was anouther battle fought. -
Decloration of Independece
The Declaration of Independence was written on July 4th which is now a holiday in our honor for independence. This lead to the Revolution because ir gave them laws to live for.
