When I was in sixth grade, I started reading the Harry Potter series. I had always watched the movies, but when I started reading the books, I fell in love. -
In 8th grade, I read a lot of poetry in my English class. We read William Shakespeare, and my favorite, Edgar Allen Poe. -
In my freshman year English class, we read books that discussed the American Dream, such as Of Mice and Men. -
In my Sophomore English class, we read multiple interesting books to study rhetoric. We read The Crucible, Great Gatsby, and The Things They Carried.
