We will offer free coffee to everyone that walks into the store and offer free coffee to local communities and organizations. I selected this form of strategy because people will appreciate a local business offering them a free product and coffee is usually a very beneficial product to many people in their day/work. We will create an in-store loyalty and app program where people can earn points by doing certain things like buying a product and that way people can earn points for deals in the future and partner with other local businesses to put out coupons for our businesses.
