    New kingdom

    Egypt's new Kingdom, (1550 -1070 BCE), impactful and important. During this time, artist made big, colorful paintings and detailed sculptures that showed pharaoh's, gods, and scenes from everyday life. The art was meant to show the power of the Pharaohs and their connection to the gods. Statues became more lifelike and showed more movement than before.
