    For new customers or people who want to try something new, you can have a shot of coffee you would like to try. They will be distributed at the counter because we don’t want people having a million and when they try them they can pick one out.
  • Coupons

    My coupon will entail any product; if you buy one, you get the second one half off. These will be distributed in the mail to a lot of local houses, and I chose this because the people in the area are the most likely to come, and the mail will make them think they should go and try it out.
  • Incentive/ Contest

    Every coffee you buy, you get put into a raffle to win a $250 store gift card. This contest goes for a week. This will help the restaurant because the people who come in regularly will tell others about it, and then more people will come trying to win
  • Coupon plans

    For the next two weeks, every five coffees you buy, you get the sixth free. I selected this because it is not to many coffees and people will keep coming back to save money and get the free coffees. This strategy will help the image of the restaurant because it brings people in and makes it look like people are still coming even though the incident happened.
  • Traffic builder

    This Saturday morning, the first 15 people to come in will get a free coffee. I chose this idea because before work for people who work on weekends will come in and get in line and try to get the free coffee.
