After leaving Athens, Aristotle moved to Chalcis. He lived there for one year and then died of a stomach illness. Even after he died, people still studied his teachings.

Aristotle left Athens for the second and final time. It is suspected that he left because of the resurgence of the anti-Macedonian sediment in Athens. Because of his loyalty to Macedon, Aristotle left Athens so he wouldn't get hurt.

On the Heavens was one of Aristotle's last pieces of work. In one of the passages it states that he observed the moon in a half-full phase pass in front of Mars. This was an activity of scientific research where the celestial motion played an important role.

Aristotle returned to Athens and established his own school that he named the Lyceum. The students at the school studied many of the subjects that Aristotle was interested in botany, biology, logic, mathematics, astronomy, medicine, physics, the history of philosophy, metaphysics, psychology, ethics, political history, government, and the arts. With all the manuscripts that the school collected from the students, they were able to create the first great library of antiquity.

Aristotle got an invitation from Philip II of Macedon to tutor his son Alexander, who eventually became Alexander the Great. Aristotle only taught Alexander for about two. By the age of 15, Alexander was already training to be in the military.

Aristotle moves to Mytiene after about three years in Assos. He continues studying biology while also studying philosphy. He stays in Mytilene for about two years.

Shortly after Plato dies, Aristotle leaves Athens after being at Plato's Acedemy for 20 years. After he leaves Athens, he moves to Assos. He then gets married to Pythias.

Aristotle oberserved and described and lunar occulation of Mars. At this time, Aristotle was studying astronomy under the direction of Plato. This was the only occasion that this happened during his lifetime.

Aristotle was a scientist and philosopher in Ancient Greece. He was born in Stagira in Chalcidice by Macedonia. His father, Nicomachus, was a physician at the court of Amynthas II, and died when Aristotle was a young boy.
