Mary II, is the daughter of James II. Both Wiliam III and Mary II, were Protestant rulers of the Netherlands and they were also Dutch- born. They were significant to history because they were enthroned into the Glorious Revolution. When this news was spread, everyone went crazy especially the Dominion of New England and a Boston mob.
