Early life
Francis spent the first 10 years of his life growing up in buffalo New York and a single child which was to due to the children his mother had lost before he he was born. Also turned 10 by this point. Father still worked for Protector and Gamble. -
Moved back to Minnesota
In 1908 Francis and his family moved back to Minnesota due to his father loosing his job. Francis then attended a school called St.Paul Academy where He would practice his writing techniques.
