Being a scientist and not just a philosopher he could deduce problems and find an explanation. Charles coined the term pragmatism which would in turn help the world to start looking at understanding the world around them and give explanations.

  • Tychism

The universe is so big that odds are an Earth like planet was bound to happen at some point. The thesis written by Charles dictates that absolute chance is a factor in the universe and that the laws of the universe are universal. Nature can not just be undone and reset to the likeness that humans would want. Everything can be explained. This was Charles contribution to cosmology although going against the likes of Einstein.
